The daily schedule starts with breakfast, chapel later in the morning, and lunch at noon. The afternoon is filled with program options for the whole family to choose from or just ride the hayride to the beach and enjoy the water, sand, and sun. After supper in the evening there will be a fun family oriented wide game or activity. Each evening concludes with time around the campfire.

“Ramona and I have served as pastors to children and families for 11 years at Evangel Church in Kelowna BC and as pastors to children for 11 years prior to that at Elim Church i Saskatoon. We are parents to 3 amazing kids; Ainsley, Micah, and Bennett. We love to be together as a family enjoying all sorts of things from camping to board games. Our heart in ministry is twofold. For kids, we desperately want them to experience the presence of the living God. We believe they are not disciples in waiting but disciples right now. For parents, our heart is to encourage them to take up the Biblical role of being the spiritual leader in their homes. We love to come alongside of parents and help them understand they don’t need to have it all figured out in order to lead their kids into God’s presence.”
2017 Worship Leader
“Matt lives in Kelowna with his amazing wife, Josie and their three lovable, active and wild boys. He is on staff at Evangel Church overseeing the small group ministry and young adult ministry. He has a passion to lead others in worship that started in his early teens while in youth group that has led to many opportunities to oversee worship teams. His desire is first to lift up Jesus and secondly lead people into God’s presence for an opportunity for the Holy Spirit to work in people’s hearts. It’s in these moments that we surrender to God and are renewed by His Spirit. Be expectant that God will meet you during these worship times.”
