Please read the short article below to understand how our pricing works
As you prepare for an incredible summer adventure, we wanted to take the time to share some insight into how we price a week of summer camp. Preparing for summer camp takes an incredible amount of time and financial resources. We understand that this can make summer camp expensive to attend. That is why we have always subsidized our summer camp programs. What you see as a regular cost of camp has already been subsidized up to 60%.
Each of our camps has a different cost but on average a week of camp costs us about $950 per week. As a nonprofit charity, our mission is to have as many children come to camp as possible, so we work to keep the price accessible for all. We run fundraisers and other community operations to allow everyone to attend our summer camp programs. Some can afford to pay the entire cost of a week at camp and doing so will help others who can not afford the full price. The three different levels of subsidy are listed below:
OVERNIGHT CAMP SUBSIDIES
- 0% subsidy – this price represents the full cost of a camper, and no fundraising is necessary. 5-day overnight camps cost $925-1025/week
- 35% subsidy – This price accounts for 65% of the actual cost of camp. 5-day overnight camps cost $610-675/week.
- 60% subsidy – This price accounts for 40% of the actual cost of camp. 5-day overnight camps cost $385-425/week.
- Early Bird subsidy – An additional subsidy for persons who register before February 1st.
This year, we offer these pricing options directly within your selected camp. After adding a camp to your “cart”, you can choose which cost you’d like to pay.
*Please note that Small Fry, Leaders in Training, Day Camps, and Family Camps only have one set price*.
The cost of camp is up to you. We also understand that, in some cases, additional subsidies are needed. Email us to get a Camper Sponsorship Application.
